Hello all. I have the important news regarding this Saturday's event.
It's not good, the Saturday event is cancelled due to the Coliseum opening early for the Playoff game.
Sunday's event is still happening. Sorry to bring the bad news.
Those who have already registered and paid for both days will have the difference credited
to their MSR account for a future NYR autoX this season. Those who were registered for just Saturday,
I have canceled your registration for this weekend, and you will have the credit in MSR.
If you wish to attend on Sunday, but can not register in MSR, email me and I will change your registration to Sunday.

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM NYR-SCCA CHIEF OF FLAGGING & COMMUNICATION:

Memorial Day weekend is a month away and with it is the opening event of another racing season at Lime Rock Park. May 24 &25 will be the Trans-Am ground-pounders plus F1600 and F2000 and last but not least VSCCA. Friday will be practice and qualifying sessions with warm ups and racing on Saturday. Trans-Am has one race, of course, while the others have 2.

I know there are many other races that weekend, and it will be somewhat difficult to get flaggers to our event, especially on Friday. However, I'm sending out this request hoping you'll join us for some good, competitive racing. I don't have a car count at this time, but the schedule is on LRP's website. Don't forget: since this is sponsored by SCCA Pro Racing, these 2 days count towards your Volunteer Incentive Participation to reduce your license fees.
