The devestation that is the earthquake that has struck Haiti has left thousands in need of humanitarian help. The SCCA has always been among the first to reach out in just such instances. TOPEKA, Kan. (Nov. 16, 2009) - Sports Car Club of America, Inc. announced the results for the five Areas holding elections. Four new members will join the SCCA Board of Directors in 2010, while one incumbent will rejoin for his second term.

Running unopposed in Area One, Richard E. Patullo, of Hampden, Mass., will take over the position vacated by Robert Introne Jr., who reached his two-term limit.

Richard, a past Chief of F&C, RE of New England, and Improved Touring driver, has always been active and outspoken regarding matters and issues of the Northeast Division.

At this time NYR would like to bid Bob Introne fairwell and thanks for his many years of selfless service to the division.
